So many of my clients come to me thinking that if they lose weight, their life will be happier.
They eventually come to realize that they need to create a happier life to lose weight.
So what makes a life happier? Balance in all the key areas of life!

Decide what area is taking too much
Decide what area needs more
Make a small, intentional, and measurable adjustment in each area on a weekly basis
