Is Your Life Out of Balance?

So many of my clients come to me thinking that if they lose weight, their life will be happier.


They eventually come to realize that they need to create a happier life to lose weight. 


So what makes a life happier?  Balance in all the key areas of life!


Think you don’t struggle with anything being out of balance?  Check this list:


Exhaustion & poor sleep patterns

Disconnection or changed relationships

Resentment towards individuals/groups

No energy for social events

Mental health and temperament changes

Spending out of balance with income

Ignoring your own health needs

No time for hobbies or learning

Struggling with addictions

Disorganized, cluttered environments


Here’s 3 things you can do to create better balance:

  1. Decide what area is taking too much

  2. Decide what area needs more

  3. Make a small, intentional, and measurable adjustment in each area on a weekly basis
