Terms and Conditions for Dimension Wellness

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Dimension Wellness (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a wellness business. By accessing or using our services, you (“you,” “your,” or the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Dimension Wellness offers health promoting services, which may include, but are not limited to  wellness lessons/modules, nutrition recommendations, physical exercise suggestions, and mental/emotional awareness teaching and exercises. The specific services provided will be outlined on our website or communicated directly to you. Although these services are provided, the responsibility lies with you as the client to access and use these resources based on your own judgement and in consultation with your medical provider. Wellness and weight loss results are not guaranteed. You can discontinue any of the programs at any time but any money you have already paid towards the month’s premiums will not be refunded.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Not be pregnant

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services

 

3. Health and Medical Disclaimer

  • You should consult with your physician or healthcare provider before participating in any health, fitness, or wellness programs, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.

  • By using our services, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and agree that Dimension Wellness is not liable for any injury, illness, or other adverse effects that may result from participation in our services.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees for our services will be clearly outlined at the time of booking or registration.

  • Payments are due in full before receiving any service unless a payment plan has been established.

  • We accept payments via debit and credit card through website.

  • Monthly premiums that have already been paid are non-refundable.

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel your membership in a specific program, please notify us via email two (2) weeks in advance by emailing: dimensionwellness24@gmail.com. Clients can cancel their membership anytime through the Dimension Wellness website. 

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a coaching session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

6. Client Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner at all times when interacting with Coach LaVon Miller and other clients in the online Facebook Group and the Balanced Wellness Course.

  • Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to personal negative comments, verbal abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct, will result in immediate termination of services, and you will be banned from future participation. At the discretion of Coach LaVon Miller,  you may receive one warning prior to removal from the program.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Any information disclosed during Zoom 1:1 Coaching Sessions with Coach LaVon is kept confidential. Hand written records may be kept by Coach LaVon for her personal use to ensure you are receiving the best service possible. 1:1 clients will have a personal resource document in the form of a google doc that only client and Coach LaVon have access to.

  • 1:1 Coaching Sessions are NOT recorded. 

  • Clients that join the Facebook Group  and the Balanced Wellness Course understand that all group members will be able to see their posts including responses by Coach LaVon. 

  • All group and Balanced Wellness Course Zoom coaching sessions ARE recorded so that other group members can learn from Coach LaVon’s teaching and fellow group members’ coaching.

  • You acknowledge that the privacy policy for Dimension Wellness is found on the company website and available for your review at any time.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by Dimension Wellness including logos, branding, images, videos, and written materials, is owned by LaVon Miller at Dimension Wellness.

  • Clients may NOT reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission. This includes sharing any links to video lessons and document resources.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimension Wellness and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of profits, or damages to property, arising from your participation in our services.

 

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dimension Wellness, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

 

11. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notification to you. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

 

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law principles.
