My Approach to Wellness & Weight Loss
I know first hand how hard it is to overcome obesity and break the cycle of food addiction. At 225 pounds, I hit my highest weight ever and showed clear signs of early diabetes. That was when I knew I needed to stop the miserable fad diets and get my life back in balance with science-supported principles of weight loss.
Now I invest my nurse and public health experience in helping people like you achieve the life you've always wanted. If you're like me, that's a life where you have energy to do the things you love, feel good inside and out, and lose that distorted negative voice in your head.
My clients are given education and unfailing support to change their daily habits and heal their dysfunctional relationship with food. The life you want is possible and I'm here to help you achieve it!
